Welcome to Prime Chiropractic & Wellness. By booking and attending an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment, especially if it’s your first visit.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

 

2. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee or loss of that session.

  • Missed appointments without prior notice (no-shows) may be charged the full session fee.

 

3. Fees & Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  • We accept cash, card, and bank transfer payments.

  • Fees are subject to change and will be updated on our website and in-clinic materials.

 

4. Health & Medical Information

  • You must provide accurate and complete health and medical information during your consultation and update us of any changes.

  • It is your responsibility to inform the chiropractor of any pre-existing conditions, medications, or recent procedures that may affect your care.

 

5. Treatment & Consent

  • All treatment plans are explained clearly, and consent is obtained before proceeding.

  • You have the right to decline or withdraw consent at any time.

  • Chiropractic care is a hands-on, non-invasive treatment. We aim to ensure your comfort and understanding throughout the process.

 

6. Shockwave Therapy & Advanced Treatments

  • Shockwave therapy and other advanced services are offered only when clinically appropriate and based on your assessment.

  • Results may vary depending on individual conditions, and no guarantees are made regarding treatment outcomes.

 

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All patient information is handled in accordance with GDPR and data protection regulations.

  • Your personal and health details are kept strictly confidential and will never be shared without your consent, unless required by law.

 

8. Children & Vulnerable Adults

  • Patients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • We are committed to safeguarding and ensuring the wellbeing of all our clients.

 

9. Code of Conduct

  • We aim to provide a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all.

  • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of treatment and clinic access.

 

10. Disclaimer

  • Chiropractic care is not a substitute for emergency medical care or other specialist treatment.

  • We do not diagnose or treat conditions outside of our professional scope.

  • Outcomes vary depending on individual health factors, and we do not guarantee specific results.
